  • “Products” refers to blinds, shutters, curtains and relating work offered by the company.

1. Scope of Services

We provide a range of services including the supply, installation, and customization of blinds, shutters, and curtains. Our services also include consultation and after-sales support.

2. Orders and Payment

  • Order Process: Orders can be placed through our website, phone, or in-person at our store. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Payment: The Deposit stipulated in your Quotation confirms your order and the balance is to Paid in Full on the Day of Installation. All Blinds, Shutters, Curtains and relating work remain the property of the Ultra Group until paid in Full.
  • Prices: All prices listed are subject to change at any time.

3. Delivery and Installation

  • Delivery: Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order. While we strive to meet these times, we are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Installation: Our team will install the products as per the scheduled appointment. Customers must ensure that the installation site is prepared according to the guidelines provided.
  • Damage: All care will be taken while installing, however we cannot be held resposible for any tile, plaster, paint, electrical wire or pipe damage and breakage.

4. Cancellation

  • Cancellation: Cancellation of Orders will result in a Forfeiture of Deposits paid as the materials ordered are customised to each job and cannot be reused.

5. Warranty and Liability

  • Warranty: We offer a 3-year and 2 year warranty on all our products against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or natural wear and tear.
  • Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
